After buying 40$ worth of burger patty I found out they use their scraps to make these patties so thats why I couldn't buy any scraps. I honestly wanted beef only patties and will make sure I request that the next time I go in. They do have parking out front not sure if they have public parking in the back. I didn't see any restrooms. What I did see was a clean well kept shop with two fantastic individuals running the place. They were forthcoming with every question I asked and gave me other options if I was not satisfied with what they sold me. I will be going back in the future and if their is public parking out back ill update my review. Until then couldn't be any happier with this store.

My favorite products that they produce are pepper stick and pepper bologna. I'm not a fan of sweet Pennsylvania baloney and this pepper stick/pepper baloney is absolutely delicious. It's about as spicy as a Slim Jim, but not all greasy and full of fat. I've never had a deer processed here, but it is evident that they do a very good volume of total Deer Processing. What I do is bring in venison, in this year 25 pounds, and they convert it into pepper stick both in the bologna form and in the stick form. There is a nice large refrigerated display case right inside the entrance door featuring beef, pork, chicken, cheese, sauerkraut, and other products that they produce. I especially enjoy the beef jerky from this selection. I can recommend this Butcher Shop/Deer Processing business with no reservations.

The turkey was good too, but it has a liberal amount of honey mustard included so be aware if you aren't a big mustard fan. The staff was really sweet. We appreciated that they were willing to cut the stuffed pretzels in half for us, and that they corrected their mistake when they accidentally gave us one the wrong pretzel. At the baked goods stands, we picked up a peanut butter filled powdered donut, a coconut donut, and a slice of bee hive cake. The peanut butter filled donut was better than the coconut filled donut. The coconut filled donut has a white fluffy filling that has a nondescript flavor. I believe it is the same filling used in the bee hive cake. The coconut donut was a drier texture as if it was old, which is hard to belief with the turnover I was seeing on the donut case. The peanut butter one was better in that it was soft and seemed very fresh. We loved the drive to this market and would definitely come back again when in the area.
