Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was! The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! I get hungry just looking at our wedding photos lol on the front end Allison was awesome in helping me think about things I didn't know to think about. She was friendly and a quick responder which is so helpful with you are trying to plan a wedding. Then, on the day of my wedding, it was as if the food magically and beautifully appeared. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered.
