After a month of constantly calling them for a refund of using our equipment and help, they offered $200. Not to mention the door was never sealed on the top portion so bugs can easily get in until we fixed it ourselves, and the door was TWO weeks late. The receptionist assured me it would get here in the 2-4 weeks when it was ordered, as they are always there on time, but when I called the distrubtor they said commercial doors are always 6 week timeline. So I don't appreciate being lied to for them to make a sale. Very unprofessional & will never go through them again. Save your money & go with a different company!

I stayed home waiting for the call, but heard nothing. I called at 12 and they seemed very kind and said they'd call the technician and follow up with me.
