I told them it needed to be done that day they showed up (we had events scheduled the next couple days) and this would delay installing. We were nice and let them borrow our equipment & my husband had to stay to help remove the exisiting door. This was suppose to be all included in the quote they gave us, but I guess not. After a month of constantly calling them for a refund of using our equipment and help, they offered $200. Not to mention the door was never sealed on the top portion so bugs can easily get in until we fixed it ourselves, and the door was TWO weeks late. The receptionist assured me it would get here in the 2-4 weeks when it was ordered, as they are always there on time, but when I called the distrubtor they said commercial doors are always 6 week timeline. So I don't appreciate being lied to for them to make a sale. Very unprofessional & will never go through them again. Save your money & go with a different company!

The price was reasonable, especially for weekend work, and I didn't feel taken advantage of.
