Not only does she not listen to that clients request, but she was visibly upset because I asked to detangle my own hair after she tried to aggressively dry brush my curls out from the roots. Once the color was done and I told her I wasn't happy with how streaky and unblended it looked. I also told her I didn't like the color because it's much brighter than the reference picture I showed her. She said she would gladly fix it but didn't want to "over process" my hair so she asked me to come back in when I have time. This was on a Saturday and they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I called back on Wednesday to schedule an appointment, to which she responded with threats of charging me again if I didn't come in before Saturday because she has a policy of 1 week only. When I told her She never shared this policy with me before, she said " I'm not talking to this annoying girl" and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. She then texted me blaming me for the results. This was such a horrible experience and a waste of money. Please do not come to her. The only "okay" part of the experience was the lovely Spanish lady Natalia who jumped in to re-blow dry my hair after the owner Lidia almost burn my hair trying to blow dry it. What's even worse was when I confronted her, she ignored my concerns and simply told me that I can come back and pay for additional highlights which is not acceptable since you as a hairstylist do not even know how to properly color someone's hair. On top of that, any attempt to express my opinion was met with the workers teaming up on me and responding with rudeness and a dismissive attitude.
