Net suite is great at financial accounting transactions, not as feature rich in manufacturing and inventory mgt when compared to big players like SAP , Dynamics, intuit etc... The customer service is a key issue, they rely heavily on sending calls to Philippines, it's a great country to outsource but not for technical issues. There are many softwares with great features at same price point as Netsuite or lower but not many who can back up the software with required customer service. Netsuite provides good financial and accounting features with poor and frustrating customer service, feel sorry to give netsuite one star because of that.
