Hatem (Tim) took us to see three apartments in a great building on ridge blvd. we knew that our move in date was too far in advance but we wanted to get a feel for apartments. Since that showing he was in contact letting us know when to come back to start looking officially. He took us to very nice apartments and skipped the ones he knew we wouldn't like. He was extremely helpful in selecting the apartment we are moving into on Saturday. Note: paperwork is extensive. It's like purchasing a house. Instead, he resorts to bullying and disciplinary procedures on a whim. He makes up rules as he goes along and that is supposed to be good management. Worst yet, his boss J. Holzinger at Barhite and Holzinger Co. goes along with him. To me that seems like a sheer incompetence and lack of social skills.
