I understand I have section 8 but I work and I still have to pay out of pocket from application fee on down to the brokers fee. This women was very snobbish and didn't have a care in the world about me waisting my time. He was never available, responsive, and not knowledgeable at all. He constently said he was trainning when his Facebook showed differently...... by the end of our sale he passed everything off to his assistant Vanessa(who was very helpful. I wish she had been our realtor the whole time.) He didn't even show up to the closing...... He does the bare minimum!!! If you are looking to buy or sell you can easily find a better realtor!
