I keep going back and forth between the idea of taking vitamins. On one hand, of course it's great to be able to get what you're missing from your diet in a convenient little tablet, while on the other; I'm a great believer in getting your nutrition from healthy eating habits. Still, I went into this store to have a look and found much more than a huge range of vitamins.
The walls were lined with container upon container of different vitamins, while smaller shelves throughout the shop contained organic skin and hair care products. I had a browse of these items and while they seemed to be of the best quality, they were pretty pricey. I don't believe that skin care is the place to be frugal, but in my uni student state I just can't justify spending $60 on a tub of moisturiser, no matter how much it may help me look like Demi Moore in twenty years. So the expensive skin care regime is a dream I will have to put on a shelf until a later date.
If you're interesting in beginning to take vitamins yourself, it's a good idea to go to a place like this where you can get expert advice. The huge variety on offer is just a bonus as far as I'm concerned. read more
