We have so much confidence in them that we didn't consider getting our new floor from anywhere else. We also purchased our basement carpet from them a few years ago. They showed up when they said they would. Ryan asked me a lot of questions during this. He also answered every question that we asked him and never made us feel bad about asking them. He made sure I understood when they were during the various steps of the install. We are going to purchase new countertops from them in a few weeks. I wish every business was as easy to deal with as Creative Flooring.

We stained…read moreourselves every couple of years but after 17 years it was looking terrible and as we were getting older we were tired of staining. We decided wanted to never stain again so we decided to replace the deck with a Trex Deck. We searched the internet and located Webb Family Contracting - who little to our knowledge lived across the street and had done several projects in the area - in fact had one in progress across the street and we were able to observe the quality of their work. We contacted Clint and he and Jackie visited our home, assessed our situation, and provided us with a proposal for a Trex deck. We signed the contract and three weeks later the project was done. Clint and Jackie were great to work with and the quality of work was superb. The project was completed on time and within budget. We highly recommend Webb Family Contracting to anyone interested in a first rate quality job. John & Deborah Olmstead Godfrey IL

What you get from Heinz that places them above all else is their service…read more My elderly parents recently bought a house in Carlinville and they needed to replace some flooring. Upon install, several issues with the house were discovered. Not only did they do everything they could to reduce the costs, but they repeatedly came back to ensure the job was done correctly. They showed patience, consideration and respect throughout the process. Any big box installer would have left the job unsatisfactory. The owner himself attended to the issues, even though it was not a large job. This is the kind of loving attention you get with this family-owned business. You can not go wrong with Heinz. Will continue to do business with them. You should too.
