At laundry on Friday morning, there is trash on the floor and on top of empty washing machines. The front and tops of the machines are dirty and not well maintained. There were 9 out of 33 dryers and 9 washing machines out of service at the time. This used to be a clean and well maintained laundromat. The owner needs to give the facility attention before patrons go elsewhere.

Aside from that it's good and although no one likes doing laundry i do feel comfortable here, until today. There is a bigger issue that i just ran into. Previously the workers have been nice and never been rude once until now. A lady i haven't seen or at least don't recall seeing was extremely rude. The issue was that i still had clothes drying 15 mins after 9pm. I understand this laundry mat closes at 9 i was not trying to stay so late and i did my best to get out as soon as i could. I stopped the dryer 5 mins before it ended, i didn't even fold my clothes. I do wish i knew this ladys name, unfortunately i don't. But she was very rude to my sister and i and even some other customers inside. She was speaking to everyone with an attitude, and talking so bad about us to someone on the phone. This happened around 8:30pm. She kept saying she "didn't want to argue with anyone" yet she was the only one yelling and getting upset when no one was being rude to her. Her speaking rudely on the phone about my sister and I and previous customers was seeming like she wanted to intimidate us before she spoke to us. Now i don't write reviews ever, especially not bad ones. I don't know who owns this laundry mat, but whoever dose shouldn't have someone talk bad about customers especially while working, it makes me not want to go back, even tho it was the only laundry mat that made me feel safe.
