The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. There is absolutely no reason customers should be treated that way when they are simply trying to do their laundry. Then there was the condition of the facility. DIRTY. Poorly maintained. And honestly, concerning. I actually encountered a needle top/syringe-related item lying on the floor. That is NOT something customers should have to encounter in a public laundromat. And let's talk about the machines... because apparently having machines that actually work is too much to ask. ‍ Nearly HALF of the machines were out of order. You're paying to wash your clothes, not to play "Which Machine Actually Works?" A laundromat should be: CLEAN PROPERLY MAINTAINED SAFE STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT WORTH THE MONEY YOU'RE SPENDING This place missed the mark across the board. Management needs to seriously step up. Clean the facility. Address the safety concerns. FIX THE MACHINES. And most importantly, address the way customers are being treated. Because customers deserve better than walking into a dirty facility, finding a potentially hazardous item on the floor, discovering half the machines don't work, and then being treated rudely by staff. Aside from that it's good and although no one likes doing laundry i do feel comfortable here, until today. There is a bigger issue that i just ran into. Previously the workers have been nice and never been rude once until now. A lady i haven't seen or at least don't recall seeing was extremely rude. The issue was that i still had clothes drying 15 mins after 9pm. I understand this laundry mat closes at 9 i was not trying to stay so late and i did my best to get out as soon as i could. I stopped the dryer 5 mins before it ended, i didn't even fold my clothes. I do wish i knew this ladys name, unfortunately i don't. But she was very rude to my sister and i and even some other customers inside. She was speaking to everyone with an attitude, and talking so bad about us to someone on the phone. This happened around 8:30pm. She kept saying she "didn't want to argue with anyone" yet she was the only one yelling and getting upset when no one was being rude to her. Her speaking rudely on the phone about my sister and I and previous customers was seeming like she wanted to intimidate us before she spoke to us. Now i don't write reviews ever, especially not bad ones. I don't know who owns this laundry mat, but whoever dose shouldn't have someone talk bad about customers especially while working, it makes me not want to go back, even tho it was the only laundry mat that made me feel safe.

Brought my large 'Laura Ashley' duvet comforter in to be washed and dried. Upon pick up, it was…read moreplaced in a clear plastic bag. When I got home to put it away, it was still wet. If I had not taken it out of the bag and put it up mold and mildew would have developed. For the price charged to wash large comforters, this was not ideal for me. I would rather have come in and do it myself as I've done before. If you're going to charge large fees on drop offs, please make sure they are thoroughly dried before stating to the customer that they are done. Other than that, the laundromat is nice and kept clean.
