We booked a 9am shuttle from the cruise terminal to Houston airport for our family. Despite…read morearriving on time at the designated pickup spot, the shuttle driver left without picking up multiple groups of travelers who had confirmed reservations. Thankfully, a helpful driver from the 10am shuttle tried to assist by contacting the company to bring the original driver back, but it took over an hour for the shuttle to return--right in the middle of peak traffic. This caused unnecessary stress and put several families at risk of missing their flights. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We will not be using this shuttle service again and would strongly advise others to look for a more reliable option.

TRAVELERS BEWARE. The owner of this agency and founder of the Texas Country Music Cruise is…read moreextremely difficult to work with, very disorganized, very rude and does not stand behind her services or her word. We booked a cruise in early 2019 with Cynthia Tevis (owner and founder) to be part of the Texas Country Music Cruise that departed September 2019. Our credit card was charged multiple times in excess of the cruise fare and when brought to her attention she was very difficult to work with even stating it might be easier to just dispute it with our credit card company. We did receive our refund but once again things were done incorrectly as the refund was for more than it was supposed to be. We were asked to provide another credit card to which we declined as we had absolutely no faith it would be charged correctly so we told her we just wanted to cancel the entire cruise. Working with Cynthia had been such a horrible experience up to this point we did not want to deal with her any longer. We paid $1000 for VIP passes that we were told would be refunded but when it had not been received back to the original form of payment I contacted her. At first she said that she could not process the refund back to the credit card because it was too old but then went back on her word stating that there were no refunds. I informed her that I was never informed of such a policy and then she provided me with receipts by email as proof of the no refund policy. The problem with the receipts was that they were never sent to me at the time of purchase, they were dated before we ever booked the cruise and they had no specific information on them linking the receipt to us, our booking number or anything else. When brought to her attention she stated the date is static and does not get changed and then also stated those were someone else's receipts. She could not provide proof that she ever informed me of a no refund policy and also could not provide proof of receipts at the time of purchase so she once again agreed to refund the money. To date; no refunds have been received although she stated on two separate occasions by email that she would do so. TRAVEL BEWARE!
