Having been here on several occasions, I'd say that it's one of the more reliable options in this building full of great little local businesses. Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm proud of it being part of the Westchase skyline, and it offers amazing visuals, and hopefully nobody builds anything around it to mess it upm because it's a little bit of a barren stretch of Westheimer, and it punctuates the monotony with a very gorgeous building.

We were not informed of the distances between airports and train terminals and have to sit for hours to figure out how to get from one place to another, with no help, without missing one of the things booked for us. We tried emailing our agent to ask for help and she is out of office with no warning. We had to do a lot of things ourselves when booking for this trip to the point that we may as well have just done everything ourselves without using an agent. It wasn't a horrible experience but I honestly would not recommend.

The hosts were very friendly, professional, on time, organized, and relaxed and fun to be with, very cool vibe. We traveled to Finca 360 and its a trek to get there but WOW! We were met with pina coladas, and a very friendly staff that would cook for us and care for us for the next several days. Stunning views from our room, and almost every room. Very clean. Trip to the coffee farm was fantastic the authentic lunch, made with love from locals, was so delicious and the views incredible, only topped by watching the coffee being roasted and hand dripped pour over style by Aron his mother Irene. The zip lines the next day lots off fun, followed by another amazing lunch. The waterfall hike and swim was breathtaking followed by a relaxing massage and yoga sound bath from the most beautiful yoga studio with panoramic views. Saw sloths, iguana, spider monkeys, tucans, ant eaters, and more. The other mothers and daughters were wonderful to be with , made lots of new friends. Every meal delicious. The trip itself was a mix of solo travelers and friends/significant others. It was a small group of 10-15 travelers which made for an intimate experience. Alex and Elise the cofounders were on the trip and were welcoming and friendly to all travelers. From the beginning of the trip when we were met at the airport I was so impressed with Alex and Elise's passion and dedication for travel. The hotel we stayed at was clean and comfortable and all of the restaurants were top notch. For me, this is a rarity, and a big deal. I am such a clean freak, I always clean, and disinfect the chairs, and tables I sit at when I'm at any airport. Thank you Houston for setting the bar high. There comes a time in girl's life when she finally gets to go on her dream trip....some say their…read moredream is go to Paris...Milan...Barcelona...insert cool European city here. Since I have been to 2 out of the 3...my ultimate trip came to me when I saw my first Bollywood film at the age of 15....INDIA!!! I had dreams of falling in love...then of course singing and dancing with the one I love with random strangers. I am going to finally go on my dream trip for New Years Eve....but as citizen of the great USA...I need a visa. I looked at local visa services...they were going to cost like 3 times as much Travisa. I took a leap of faith...filled out all my paperwork...and sent my passport along with everything the consulate needed. My paperwork arrived the next day in Houston. They looked through my paperwork and emailed me every step of the way. The emailed to tell they have recieved it...then to tell that they are taking my paperwork to the consulate. As a US citizen....its was pretty seamless...until they had to ship off my passport with my visa. I sent an airbill with my credit card number on it and Travisa emailed me saying that the Fed Ex guy wouldnt take my package because my credit card number was written on the airbill. I called Fed Ex...they said that was BS...as long as the airbill had some form of payment...whether it was a credit card or Fed Ex account number...it would ship. I was concerned because when they emailed me...they said the airbill was unacceptable. I thought something was wrong with my credit card...but it wasnt. So I had to send a credit card authorization via fax with my info for them to release the package. That was a pain in the ass....then I check my credit card statement...and of course it was Travisa that charged me...not Fed Ex. I guess they used their Fed Ex number versus my credit card. Other than the credit card snafu...Travisa was extremely fast...and everything you ever wanted to know about how to get an Indian visa was on their website...whether you were an Indian national living stateside...a US citizen or other national...they had you covered. I cant really complain...but I know someone would have freaked out about the credit card thing. If anything bad happened...they would be calling you or emailing you. Thank you Travisa for taking care of my Indian visa needs....and they also do visas for other countries too :D. I will use them in the future...just next time...using a Fed Ex account number instead of my credit card.
