Most of the time that I am in there, the young lady Ryan, is keeping the store. She has a very upbeat attitude and excellent customer service skills that lend themselves well to her knowledge of all of their product line. iHemp carries everything you need for your CBD, Kratom, and Delta 8 needs. I've tried a little bit of everything, and have never left the shop unsatisfied (White Widow CBD is my FAVORITE of everything they carry). Their shop is very clean, well organized, and always in grand opening condition. When you walk in, you are always greeted by a friendly voice and an environment that is warm and totally inviting. On my most recent visit, I did a little bit of walking around and found that they also have tinctures, e-juices, gummies, oils, and other goodies. If you are into this scene, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.

They don't have a physical storefront, but you can find them in breweries, restaurants, stores, and events all over the city. They did an awesome job pivoting during Covid-19 and are now offering contact free home delivery of their cases. A case of 12 is $40 and it's usually delivered to your doorstep in 1-2 days. I always have kombucha in my fridge now thanks to this. Right now their seasonal flavors are peach basil and strawberry. Both are delicious. You can get a seasonal case with 6 of each. I typically get a variety case which comes with 2 of each of their standard flavors. My favorite flavor is Mojito. I also love Jasmine Lavender, Hibiscus, and Blueberry Chamomile. Let's be honest, you really can't go wrong. We don't drink alcohol often, so having kombucha is a great alternative. If you haven't already, you should definitely order some kombucha from them!

After I got home I discovered that the price I paid was nearly triple what is offered online. I like to support local businesses but not at that cost. I immediately called the store and spoke to Monica. I said I'd need to return it and knew she'd told me about the 24-hour return time. I had purchased it at 1:15pm. I asked her what time I'd need to get it there to get a refund and she assured me TWICE that I could bring it in anytime before closing, and that I did not need to be there strictly within the 24 hours as long as it was returned by the next day. It was more convenient for my work schedule to return it on my way home so I arrived at the store at 4pm. A different clerk was on duty and called the owner who told him I could not have a refund because it was just after the 24-hour limit. I told the clerk what Monica had said and asked him to call her, which he did. I couldn't hear her well but her tone was dismissive and she soon wanted to hang up and did. I talked more with the clerk and asked him to call her back to talk with me. He did and she said she couldn't override the owner and again was dismissive. I was upset at the way I was being treated and it showed. I said nothing rude or inappropriate but was demanding to get my money back, saying that the company should stand behind what their employees tell customers and this was not right and that I would have gone in in the morning had I known what Monica told me was false. I asked the clerk what was next and his answer was: "You leave and if you don't I'll call someone to have you removed." I was horrified at this threat and the terrible customer service. In hindsight I guess it explains the absurd 24-hour return policy. They don't want to offer good customer service so they make it nearly impossible to address issues. Hard to imagine why a business would want to treat customers this way.

Mainly interested in pain and sleep products, perhaps some relaxation. I chose this store due to location, and good selection of products on their website. Jordan was only too happy to guide my selection and provided plenty of helpful information on different edibles, tablets, tinctures, etc. I chose some chocolates, rice crispies, and tablets (mainly for my girlfriend who has chronic pain and sleep issues) to try. Another visit planned pre-vacation once she's tested these products out.
