After reading the box more closely, it clearly stated that the ointment should not be used for eyes. When I spoke to the pharmacist on duty the next day, she said she wasn't there so she didn't know why that happened. No ownership, no apology, no concern that their pharmacist advised using a skin cream as a substitute for an eye ointment. If anything, she was irritated that she had to talk with me. CVS pharmacy needs to take its responsibility a little more seriously and pay attention to what they're doing.

Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. The staff takes their jobs seriously and don't make customers feel awkward asking questions or trying to just shop and get out of there. There's ample parking and their hours are great too. My ONLY complaint is the cell service inside. When inside the building my phone does not work at all--its likely not their fault but still.
