The products are amazing, rather you get the slightly weaker Coastal brand, or The Farm's brand, I haven't had a bad strain yet. When my medical card was in the middle of renewing they worked with me, and then gave me a $50 credit for renewing my medical card! How awesome! I've been to other local Dispensaries, and I'll probably be back to them, but you'll most likely find me at The Farm. Hands down.

They do free delivery with a $50/$75 purchase depending on your location. The location itself is super clean inside and well run, I'm pretty sure I've dealt with the same guy at the location who just dropped of my delivery, might even be the owner and he was GREAT! Super kind, approachable, and knows how to treat his customers. I'll continue to shop here because in 2026 customer service is dead BUT not at the Frosted Nug. Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. I would contact the owner but there is no contact info on their website.
