I purchased a protein shake from this…read morelocation yesterday, and when I opened it, there were large chunks in the drink that nearly made me throw up. Naturally, I threw it away. When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.

My husband is Post op 3 surgeries and terminal cancer waiting in the car because he's to weak to walk, while Mandy is chatting it up with person in front of me about face care and labor day picnicking.Very disrespectful of my time and very poor customer service. When I let her know how I felt about having my sick husband who shouldn't even have to be out of bed, waiting in the car while she's having unnecessary conversations about her holiday plans, she rudely comments "well I don't know you're situation" and proceeds to tell me they don't have wheel chairs there. I just left. Very disappointing experience for a place that provides equipment for sick patients. She's very unprofessional...and to Mandy, everyone's time is valuable no matter the circumstances.

We thought we had great help with the store worker Zach but when we looked at the accounts and what we actually did to my parents accounts was AWFUL!! He overcharged my parents and ended up getting two phone lines on the same phone without permission and didn't disclose paying off her phone before getting a new upgrade. He just felt shady to me and after learning all that I can't trust him anymore. I don't like the mentality anything to make a sale. But the managers were great!! Will only ask for them from now on!
