A sales associate helped with locating it and after asking a few questions she showed me what I should purchase. I had a feeling I wasn't getting the right product but took her advice. After returning home and opening it my suspisions were correct. She did infact suggest the wrong product and since I opened it I am now stuck with it. Although friendly I think the staff needs more training. Next time I will go to the Arlington Heights location.

This location is basically across the street from the big CDW on Milwaukee Avenue. This is THE BEST location and I have to thank Dave the manager, as well as Juan and Darren who work here. Today is March 15, 2009 and largely due to their advice, I now weigh 181.4 lbs. I first started coming to this store 8 months ago with my first review of this store back on 8/18/08 at a weight of 220 lbs. Because of the knowledge and helpful nature of those three guys, I have lost close to 40 lbs. I live closer to the Arlington Hts. location, and while that is a nice store too, I don't mind going further to this location instead because I know I can rely on them if I have a question and they won't just try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. Let me also say that I used to go to GNC a lot, but over the years it seems like over 80% of the products in the store are now their own brand. You get a better selection at the Vitamin Shoppe and at this particular location, Dave, Juan and Darren are very knowledgeable and twice as helpful, more so than most of the other locations I have been to.

When you go shopping at rise or other dispensaries, they often have rhythms in a very large selection. However, if you go to this location, please expect that you will only have a very limited selection of product and they are almost always sold out of infused pre-rolls. With that said again, the staff are phenomenal very kind, but it is one of the only dispensaries within the Illinois area that has always limited supply which I'm not sure why.

Great location, close to the border, but since it would be illegal to transport marijuana into Wisconsin I wouldn't say that being close to the border is convenient. The main drawback is that it is really new, they are still in temporary quarters while their facility is being built. The workers are competent and friendly, the prices are average, I'm sure the okay selection will expand once they are in their permanent digs.
