There's lots of common and more offbeat kinds of things. I encountered a staffer who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. It's got the regular drug store things like cough syrup and vitamins. There's also more interesting things like aromatherapy and incense. It also has bulkier equipment like foot massagers and the like. The store is overall kept pretty clean. It may be hard to find some things because sections aren't always marked clearly. The staff will be able to help you find anything so all you have to do is ask them. Momentum 98 is a great alternate to chain drug stores with corporate layouts. As with other Aldi's, you can go through a whole visit not interacting with a single employee, even at check out. The closest I had to employee interaction was a roomba-like vacuum beeping at me to get out of its way. (Not very customer-centered technology, huh?) The lack of employee interaction doesn't bother me too much, but it'd be nice for employees to say hello or ask if you need help when they inevitably pass by you in the store. Maybe that's too Midwestern a mindset? Anyway, one thing at local Aldi's that really stresses me out are the phones! I worked at a call center with the exact same ring, so every time I hear the phones, it really freaks me out. This isn't their fault obviously, BUT I shouldn't be able to hear clear ringing from across the store. No exaggeration, you could be anywhere in the store and hear this ringing clearly. I think there are enough employees at the front that there's no need to have the phones THAT loud. Recommendations: their prosciutto and goat cheese.
