While diet is a key determinant of health, sometimes an assist from a quality vitamin, mineral, or herbal mix can enhance the constitution. For me, several health professionals, both traditional, allopathic and alternative have recommended Grape Seed Extract, Ginseng, Ginko Biloba and a good multi-vitamin be added on a daily basis. After more than 20 years of using them they seem to have made a difference. Skeptics can doubt, but I am a believer. GNC offers high end products, and when I don't want to boil herbs to make health teas, I use their supplements based on confidence that they are high quality and subject to decent quality control. Sometimes the higher price disturbs me when I find another good manufacturer at better price (I do shop around), but absent that, GNC has my loyalty.

When I insisted that he check the video footage of me "stealing", he refused and patronized me, claiming that it was "procedure". If this company's investigational protocol calls for falsely accusing innocent customers of theft, it is not the kind of business I'd support. Extremely disappointing. Furthermore, I felt bullied as the manager continued to be accusatory towards me in an unfriendly tone. I just felt I deserved an apology but he seemed to actually double down on his unfounded allegations. Very sad occurrence and an example of the worst kind of customer service.

Warning! Be careful! I would definitely NOT recommend The Hemp Oil Store. All their CBD products…read moreare extremely overpriced and are of very poor quality. The staff at the Hemp Oil store are rude and unhelpful. I bought several products of theirs at rip off rates, only to find later that half of them were fake. They attempt to bolster their profits by selling products without CBD in them using false labels. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. It's simply not worth it. There are dozens of CBD stores within 10 miles that won't scam you or cheat you like the Hemp Oil Store. The hemp oil store is not going to last. The management is banking on setting up shop in a rich area thinking that their customer base will be ignorant but people will catch on. Don't be fooled by them, there's many great CBD stores around that will sell you top quality products at very reasonable rates. Get better quality products at much less the cost and avoid getting cheated by going to the Hemp Oil store! Good luck!

I sound dramatic when I say they are most likely quite toxic inside a top of the industry battery benchmark, but it all stops there. Logically if you spend that much money on the packaging and technology somethings gotta give and it's definitely what's inside. It's very upsetting thinking how many very young people are using this product line or people with breathing problems that don't realize how dangerous this product can be Most dispensaries would've only looked at this situation as "I'm not happy with a product" and that "product is making them money"... end of conversation Totally different when you go to Jersey Meds they listened to what I had to say because they know me ....so they knew I wasn't over the top and they were more than accommodating to work with me...WOW! I hope you realize that what I've just added to this review makes this a pretty amazing business model for not only the cannabis industry, but across commercial industry in general. JERSEY MEDS runs their business like what I remember from before the 90s and the Internet Business owners valued their customers and went out of their way to make interactions and purchases satisfying for everyone involved, and certainly for their customer. I used to shop there every two weeks for the past three years, but never again. Waiting anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes while the staff caters to other customers is the standard-poor-service they provide. Customers at this location are very rude and aggressive and the staff does absolutely nothing about it. I've been cut off mid-sentence by customers who demand attention and refuse to wait their own turn. Instead of instilling order and civility, the staff panders to such behavior - seemingly too scared or disinterested to do anything about it. Yet, they have no problems telling me and other customers behind to wait!! Since when do rude customers get better service?? At Big Bear in Ewing they do!! Last time, a cashier interrupted helping me, so she could help a very rude customer who came in AFTER me!! Right smack in the middle of my transaction, the customer walked in and shouted - over my shoulder - asking for a product. Instead of finishing up with me or asking him to wait, she simply dropped what she was doing with me and helped him. I waited 14 minutes while she helped him and she offered no apology whatsoever. This happened in many other scenarios over and over. It is really stunning behavior to experience, as a customer. If the phone rings while you're being helped, you must wait while the customers on the phone get service first. All of this is very ironic considering you're assaulted with offers to "help" the minute you walk in the door. (Seriously, let the door shut behind me before you ask if I need help.) This location was supposed to move to another location last year, but never did. They shut their juice bar down way too early which is a shame because the shakes were pretty good. There is obviously some serious mismanagement at play, which is a shame because health food options are extremely limited in this area. I've also been to the other locations and while the help is extremely slow, at least they treat all the customers the same. They make all customers wait until they have finished talking amongst themselves. Ha! And beware - only certain customers are allowed to interrupt. The rest of us must wait! Up to now, I was willing to overlook the service problems to help support local business. Ewing needs it. They do have a good product selection, the prices aren't outrageous, and the juice bar (and food) was pretty good. I used to spend nearly a thousand dollars at Big Bear each year. But I've had it. No more. I don't like fighting to keep the staff's attention. It really is outrageous. I wonder how many other former customers feel the same way.
