Great place for beginners and vets to vaping! Ever since…read morethey were on Green Ln., I've been going to eCigg for advice, e-juice, devices, and everything "vape" related. The staff is awesome! They have answered all my questions. John is a great guy to hang with and he has hired an excellent staff focused on customer service. I really feel that no question I ever had was answered in a negative or condescending way. They even told me at one visit NOT to buy something, since they knew I wouldn't like it... I love that kind of honesty, and that's one big thing that'll keep me coming back. They're there to help. not just "make a sale". On one occasion, I stayed and talked to 2 of the staff members for about an hour, just picking their brains, and never got the feeling like I was being "nudged" out the door! I wish I knew all their names, so I could list them here and give them the credit they deserve. The juice bar is great. You can try before you buy, so you're not stuck with some nasty flavor you don't like. I love the swedish fish...and I think the staff reading this knows who this is now...haha. Prices are right on the mark. They have anything from cheap starter kits to high-end mods. The rewards program is easy and I've cashed in on my points plenty of times. To conclude, you want a place where the staff is awesome, you can try all the juices, and get great advice and devices, whether you're a beginner or advanced vaper, this place is it. My last cigarette was August 2012, and eCigg is a big part of the reason why.

Any vape shop that I went to and needed a part or just juice in general I said no thank you I will wait till I get back home and sure enough my guys at e-cigs international had the part as well as my new favorite juice, SHAWN'S MIX! My partner and I visited your dispensary on what was already one of the worst days of our lives…read more His mother had passed away that morning. As we approached the building, I was smoking a cigarette. An employee came outside and informed me that smoking was not permitted near the building. I immediately apologized and told him I would move away. A few moments later, the same employee came back outside and aggressively told me not to put the cigarette out on the building. Again, I complied. When my partner went inside, he apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I hadn't been there before and wasn't aware of the policy. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the employee continued to be confrontational and rude. By the time I entered, I could see the interaction had become unnecessarily hostile. I then apologized myself and explained that we had just received news that my partner's mother had passed away. The employee's response was, "I don't fucking care who the fuck he lost." I've worked in customer-facing environments and understand that employees have rules to enforce. What I do not understand is the complete lack of basic human decency and compassion. We were respectful, apologized multiple times, and complied with the request immediately. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility, and there is certainly no excuse for speaking to a grieving customer that way. I've never felt more unwelcome in a business. Management should know that this interaction reflected very poorly on the dispensary and turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into an experience we won't forget.
