I decided hey maybe a girl like me can try to build some lean muscle and increase my protein intake. After talking with the helpful sales guy he was able to educate me on different protein shakes such as whey and hemp protein as well as amino acid shakes. She was incredibly friendly and professional and the best part was that we didn't have to leave our couch to get the infusions!
