When I walked through the front door with my head down, I was immediately greeted by a "welcome to Herbally Grounded", then with a smile, the cashier Vernika asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, with the mindset of just being sold anything that may not be beneficial to me, but why not give it a try? I must say, Vernika immediately removed my doubts and made me feel like I was an important member of Herbally Grounded. She displayed so much compassion, kindness, and actually listened to my concerns. For me, she was like a breath of fresh air. Unlike the medical field and doctors I've been seeing, who just treat me like a number and want to heavily medicate me, which I'm opposed to. My desire is for a healthier lifestyle. Through the guidance of Ms. Vernika, I was able to see hope in living a healthier lifestyle. I am now very optimistic and so appreciative of her for just listening and explaining in detail the different types of herbs and how they may help. I've worked in the customer service industry for over (30) years, and from the heart I can say she is an exemplary employee and it shows in how she treats and respects the customer. When I left, I was so enthusiastic about her suggestions that I called a friend and told her about my experience and my friend has plans to visit the store today. We didn't want a sit-down restaurant but wanted something with more quality than fast food. Whole Foods Market delivered (not literally). We were impressed when we walked in as this is a large store with a lot of staff, good service, and plenty to offer. The parking lot was rather empty earlier in the morning but less than 45 minutes later when we left, it was rather busy being a Sunday morning. I typically go to other Whole Foods Markets for a few quick items or something specific. There is a huge amount of convention and organic produce, an expanded bakery department with made-in-house bread, a full-service coffee and juice bar, an expanded whole body department with wellness items, a chocolate and cheese department, a curated grocery department with many local items, a full-service seafood counter, a full-service meat counter, an extensive selection of more than MANY wines and local beer options, and a larger prepared foods department with a salad bar, hot bar, fresh pizza, made-to-order sandwiches, and rotisserie chicken. On my most recent visit to Whole Foods Market, my friend and I decided to order deli sandwiches made to-order along with a bag of chips for each of us. They were delicious and less expensive than a meal at many of the nearby restaurants! Amazon Prime members can shop at Whole Foods and take advantage of a number of benefits from discounts on products and in-store sale items, paying in-store with Amazon One or the Amazon app, and return items at the Amazon returns counter in the store (though anyone can do this last one). I especially want to recognize a woman I believe was named Symone (spelled with a "Y," if I'm correct). She handled a difficult situation with an upset customer in such a professional and patient manner. The customer was being unfair and trying to pressure her into a situation where they were clearly in the wrong, yet she remained calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. Honestly, I don't even live close to this location -- I drive about 20 minutes just to shop there because the food selection is excellent, especially for my lifestyle and dietary preferences. But what truly keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service from the entire staff. You can tell the team genuinely cares about customers, and that makes a huge difference.

I went in the car and found it and he wouldn't even apologize for making comments calling her names such as a lier and a scam artist. We own multiple businesses in the area and I personally manage three of the largest casinos in Las Vegas. I will be giving my feedback to my staff and my trainers along with all of my network and affiliated. It wasn't the issue of having the photos and not having he physical coupon. It was the delivery and calling her and I liars when we are honest people and calling us scammers then noticing we were being honest and not owning up to it while embarrassing us for five minutes. I have filmed it and will be posting it on my platform and others. BJ, you should be ashamed of yourself talking to honest people like that and disrespecting customers that have been long term. When I was fighting cancer and started coming back after winning the battle you guys helped me get back on track. And to talk to me the way you did and disrespect me that way was absolutely hurtful and unreasonable. This was very unprofessional and just outright distasteful of you.
