I have made it a point to try to get there 30 minutes before closing, because this has happened more then once. this time, I am fed up with the unprofessional behavior and attitude of these employees and now feel compelled tubring it to light. l have been a customer for many years, but now I will phase them out. l m including a picture I took at 7:51 PM.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bright, safe feeling, well stocked store with lots of grab and go salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, lots of drink options, and sit-down for Subway and Godfather pizza. The only drawback was the soda fountain by Subway and Godfather only had sodas, no unsweet ice tea or sweetened ice tea. The second time we came, I bought bottles of unsweet tea in the store for our sandwiches. There are shower facilities with a TV screen with availability status. We stopped in the morning and afternoon, and there were mostly construction workers and other men. Everyone was well mannered. Bathrooms were clean for both times we stopped. I liked that the checkout staff would wish you "Safe travels!" Even though they say it to everyone, it was done with warmth and it was nice to have those good wishes when you are driving for hours.

I've seen it online and this was the purse. I was in the area so 30mins is plenty to park and walk to Gucci at Cystals and buy and then on my way. My daughter and I walked in. Was somewhat greeted and then Tann approached us asking if I needed help. I pointed to the Gucci Giglio large tote bag, she grabbed it and I tried it on. Uurghhh why is it so big on me. The strap wouldn't stay together at the shoulder. Darn it. I love the pattern and the style but am not 100% loving it to spend over $2k. I was disappointed. Tann saw and asked if I like the pattern and if there's anything else. I did a quick scan and did see something I may like for me and something else for my daughter. She pulled both, we touched and feel both items. I appreciate her patience and also not crowding us. I ended getting a pouch and it was over 1/2 of what I was going to spend on the tote, girl math, I saved hahahaha. Tann knew of the time crunch we had, only about 15mins left. She grabbed us some very nice bottled water while she rung me up and had the purse packed and boxed. Efficient and easy and I went away happy.
