I mean my pocket book is probably better for it because I want to buy the whole store but honestly I've been missing out. The place is cute and welcoming from the corner sign on the building to the moment you step in- bright, inviting, great displays so you know where to go. You can't get lost in here with the signage, but you can't definitely get lost in the aisles with all the great, unique choices. The ready food display has so many Mediterranean treats, some I've had before some I've never heard of and everything I tried was amazing. We got the cabbage rolls and Armenian veggie dolmas. Great flavor, both specific items I haven't had before. Nice citrus, spiced flavor to these. I'd say they're have to try items. Not only found jarred tomato paste, which I've been on the hunt for but they had choices in this category and that's another first for me. Will have to go back and try the others. Also got the cured Serrano ham -amazing. And I thought the prices were going to be insane having a spot right in the middle of the city and nope- pleasantly surprised for my goodies, great prices even less than some of the other stores I frequent in the suburbs. I'll be back again and again and again until I try the whole store lol. Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it

Maybe it's cause I don't know wtf I'm looking for. Or another opinion on preworkout or BCAAs wouldn't be too bad. My coach at the bodybuilding gym that I go to told me to stop by at Total Nutrition to support them. But he also mentioned how knowledgable they are. The owner Drew always comes by as well. The moment you walk in, you're immediately greeted. Then asked "What can I help you find?" I've been bodybuilding for a good few months and started needing to take supplements to help with my overall physique. Sure. You don't always need supplements and they aren't really required but they sure do help. I've gone twice so far and every time I've been helped, I've gotten what I needed. Explained in full detail what I'm looking for and received good customer service as well as great supplements. What I truly appreciate is that they don't push supplements in your face. They listen to you and go accordingly to what you need. Currently I'm fully stocked on preworkout, isolate protein, and BCAAs. That's probably gonna last me a while.

An Absolute Gem - Ask for Jay!…read more I had an incredible experience at Bahama Mama! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different. The store was spotless, well-organized, and had an amazing vibe that made browsing easy and enjoyable. I was helped by Jay, who was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and really knew the ins and outs of their products -- which is no small feat considering their selection is massive. Whether it was CBD, vapes, or wellness items, Jay guided me without ever being pushy. You can tell the staff here is well-trained and passionate about what they do. Bahama Mama offers a huge range of products -- from CBD (even pet CBD!) to vape mods, kratom, intimacy products, detox kits, and more. It's like a one-stop shop for everything alternative lifestyle and wellness-related, and yet it still feels high-end and welcoming. The location was super convenient, and the whole experience felt elevated compared to any other shop I've been to. You can tell the vision behind Bahama Mama is to offer not just products, but an experience -- and they totally nailed it. The CBG Flower selections they have are high in percentage (18-25%), and I'm someone who uses a PAX 2 as my means of dosing. Admittedly I have not had tinctures, topicals, or edibles from them yet, but will be sure to update when I do. The customer service is A1.
