The lady on the phone was so very sweet and helpful. We placed a large order for our extended family. We were greeted with a lovely smell of soup and other wonderful items as we entered the deli. The staff was extremely friendly and had our order waiting on us. The food was delish and made with love. We highly recommend The Natural Marketplace. Yum! We will be back soon!

Bought a GNC brand that advertises itself as "Triple Strength" and has been purified to remove any toxins/heavy metals - and does not have that annoying "fishy after burp" odor that some cause. They had an offer to sign up for a GNC program whereby you pay a lower price for vitamins and supplements than the regular price. Normally the fee to join is $15.00 per year - but for a limited time the sign up is free. I opted to join. Makes me wonder if they mark up the prices to a higher price point to cover the so-called "discount?" Good location - staff person was professional and helpful.

Seeing that employees were already inside working at the customer service counter, I politely asked if it might be possible to process the payment early so I could stay on schedule. Unfortunately, the team strictly refused and insisted I wait until exactly 8:00 AM. While I fully respect official store hours, safety protocols, and store policies, rules are made by people, and there should always be room for reasonable exceptions. Refusing a simple request just 10 minutes before opening--when staff was already present and available--felt unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful. I had to leave to get gas and return, which added unnecessary stress to an already busy morning. I value Whole Foods for its quality products and usually high customer service standards. However, outstanding customer service relies on flexibility and good judgment when special circumstances arise.
