Terrible and extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased a protein shake from this…read morelocation yesterday, and when I opened it, there were large chunks in the drink that nearly made me throw up. Naturally, I threw it away. When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.

Unfortunately I was very naive and too trusting in this situation. The guy was very rude to me when I was requesting my order. He seemed put out that I was even there. He showed me the items and the price sticker. I said okay and handed over my credit card. He didn't give me a receipt. I was foolish and didn't ask for one, assuming everything was fine. I honestly didn't even think about it until I looked at my credit card online statement and saw that he charged me almost twice for the items I received. If you must go to this place be sure to ask for a receipt and make sure you know what you're paying for.
