It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I intentionally stood there for 5 minutes waiting for him to assist me and he did not. Again, was too worried about whatever was on tv. I eventually asked him "what's a good brand?" and he responded with "all the BCAAs are to the right. Right there in front of you". I said "I know that but what is a good brand?" And he replied "oh they're all basically the same". He wasn't even listening to my question, was too worried about what was on TV.
