Unfortunately, my keys and phone were still inside. Upon entering Sprouts, I was greeted by Lorna, who promptly offered her assistance. She contacted six locksmiths, but unfortunately, all of them were unavailable. Lorna then suggested that I utilize her roadside assistance service. Within ten minutes, the locksmiths arrived and successfully unlocked my vehicle. I am deeply grateful for Lorna's kindness and empathy during this challenging time. When I inquired about how I could repay her generosity, she graciously declined any form of compensation, simply requesting that I continue shopping at Sprouts.
