Their 365 brand foods are well-priced and better than many major grocery stores...hello Hearts of Palm! For a great dinner or party, the fresh/raw food counters are amazing. Their seafood is top notch, fresh, and the staff is super knowledgeable, one of the best things about this store! The seafood/lobster chowder of days past is sorely missed, and the current lobster bisque is a huge disappointment, IMO. There used to be a full aisle with containers of nuts and other bulk items, a great money saver, and a handy machine to make your own fresh peanut butter, but that has all disappeared. Great peanut butter only needs peanuts, contrary to what Skippy and Jif are selling you (sugar spread)! With nut allergies these days, I would attribute it partially to that, but Sprouts bulk section is still thriving after all these years. The folks at the cheese counter are my favorite! They can explain about 200 different cheeses and their subtle differences (by category), and are always happy to size down the rich-people portions for those of us who want to dip our toes and palates without losing our homes. I love the hot/cold food area, but wish I could roll back the calendar about 10 yrs. The prices are absolutely staggering, and the variety is just straight up boring these days. I miss the Tofu Stroganoff and other exciting veggie variations of comfort foods. The soups are always nearly empty and burning when I look now, anytime of day, and really unappealing. They used to be so full (they use containers half the size now to save money I assume, but it actually ruins it), smelled amazing, and filled with lots of bright ingredients, not just purée of whatever. If you know how to shop Whole Foods and where to find their brands and great prime deals, it's worth the trip. They always have some amazing items to catch your eye and/or tempt your palate, and the staff is absolutely the best! Just be prepared to know why it's called "Whole Paycheck" by those of us not in the 1%!

Came across another product that was specifically made to assist lowering sugar levels also ordered this high sugar assistance product. After a few days of taking this and previous item I ordered, my levels are now in the good level. Can't say how anyone else may be affected with these items but I can say I'll most likely be ordering more of these products to avoid taking any medications for this problem, as much rather take something natural than fall into big pharma grubby hands.

After meeting with Valerie a few times and spending over $250 at her store, she referred me to another herbalist when I had a poor reaction to one of her supplements and having emailed her 3-4x in a matter over a 5-6 day period. Although I believe the herbs are of great quality, I am highly disappointed in the treatment I received by the store's owner and will likely not be making transactions here in the future.

I've been here a handful of times and normally take my time to browse all of their unique awesome goodies. I notice that they carry things that other bigger retailers don't carry and I really enjoy that. The cashiers here are very nice and I like that they offer a good return or exchange policy in case you aren't happy with an item. I had bought a face cream from here named Acure and that very night I used the cream and had a really bad reaction to it. So the next day I brought it in for an return/exchange and they happily took it back and I bought other items with the refund. I will say that there are some items that are pricier than normal but again sometimes it's worth it because these items are rare and hard to find. Looking forward to shopping at Mountain Mama foods real soon!

But today I was going to grab something at their café and do some work. Now for context, I understand why a lot of stores have rules on bringing in backpacks. Especially in this area... Ive been coming here for over a year now, so when I walk in and immediately get told to leave my backpack either in my car or at the front it kinda aggressively it felt strange. I let the cashier know that I was going straight to the café to do some work and she told me that backpacks aren't allowed in there either. But everyone in there either has a huge tote bag or one of those laptop bags. What's even the difference?? So yeah I ended up just getting bread and leaving. Kinda disheartening when you get treated like rudely/awkwardly when you love a place so much. The two other people in line also got some extremely positive conversations with her, but when I got there she looked at me like I was a inconvenience
