I've been here a handful of times and normally take my time to browse all of their unique awesome goodies. I notice that they carry things that other bigger retailers don't carry and I really enjoy that. The cashiers here are very nice and I like that they offer a good return or exchange policy in case you aren't happy with an item. I had bought a face cream from here named Acure and that very night I used the cream and had a really bad reaction to it. So the next day I brought it in for an return/exchange and they happily took it back and I bought other items with the refund. I will say that there are some items that are pricier than normal but again sometimes it's worth it because these items are rare and hard to find. Looking forward to shopping at Mountain Mama foods real soon!

It is difficult for me to tell if the Biotears helped my dry eye condition or not. Recently as I was thinking of reordering, I came across this in the internet which raised a few concerns, a warning letter from the FDA. I don't know if this has been addressed by Biosyntrix. https://www.fda.gov/ICECI/EnforcementActions/WarningLetters/ucm436272.htm Also, the Biotears appears to be out of stock at the websites I use for supplements which makes me wonder if it is still being produced.

I've been known to love an Erewhon smoothie but recently purchased my own Mikuna plant protein and started making them at home. We both ordered the peanut butter smoothie. It was delish!!! It has dates in it and I LOVE dates! I had the smallest size and it was the perfect little afternoon pick me up to hold us over until dinner. What I appreciated most about their protein was it was easily digestible and didn't give me a rumbly tummy like many proteins can. I love that they sell tons of great little quality grab a go snacks to fuel an energy filled day of activity. Service was excellent!

Go to any other location but this one. And also very rude workers. You could see they had no sense of urgency, not polite at all.
