The cashiers here are very nice and I like that they offer a good return or exchange policy in case you aren't happy with an item. I had bought a face cream from here named Acure and that very night I used the cream and had a really bad reaction to it. So the next day I brought it in for an return/exchange and they happily took it back and I bought other items with the refund. I will say that there are some items that are pricier than normal but again sometimes it's worth it because these items are rare and hard to find. She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I've seen her help direct people to find different things around the store, get the right person to help a customer in specific departments... and just the other day a customer dropped a large glass bottle and the contents exploded. Lauren was there first with a broom, dust pan, and a safety barrier to help the other employees make quick work of cleaning up the mess so it wouldn't impact other customers. Great team work!
