Unfortunately, this is now the second poor experience we've had with Bleezies, and since this is their only location, it's left us with a pretty poor impression of the business overall.
A friend placed an order through Bleezies' website. Their online ordering system listed deli flower that could be purchased by the gram, including Grasshopper Farms Strawnana for $0.97 and Fortis Hood Candy for $0.62. The website allowed her to select "Gram," add both products to the cart at those prices, and included them in the calculated order total.
When she arrived to pick up the order, she was told that Bleezies doesn't sell anything less than an eighth and that the prices shown on the website were incorrect.
I completely understand that website or pricing errors can happen. What I don't understand is how customers are supposed to know that the quantities and prices displayed on Bleezies' own ordering system aren't actually valid. If the minimum purchase is an eighth, the website shouldn't offer "Gram" as a purchasing option. And if the displayed prices are incorrect, they should be corrected rather than allowing customers to place an order and only finding out after making the trip to the store that it won't be honored as shown.
I've included a screenshot of the actual order because it clearly shows the products, the Gram selection, the prices, and that the website accepted them into the cart.
What makes this more frustrating is that our previous poor experience with Bleezies also involved an online pickup order. At this point, there seems to be a recurring disconnect between what Bleezies' website tells customers they can order and what actually happens when they arrive at the store.
Customers should be able to reasonably rely on a business's own ordering system when deciding what to purchase. If something isn't actually available in the quantity or at the price displayed, the website needs to reflect that before an order is placed--not after the customer shows up to pick it up.
Hopefully Bleezies addresses its online ordering system, because two separate bad experiences involving online orders is enough for us to seriously question whether it's worth ordering from them again. read more
