He then told me when I start to plateau on my fat loss I should think of using the supplement but not now. He gave me facts and was not worried about making the extra buck. He was committed to having a satisfied customer. He is the reason I will go back and continue to shop from Cape Cod Nutrition. Since I never received a response, it seemed wise to post here so that other buyers can be vigilant in their shopping. I've been to the store a handful of times. These guys carry great products and seem to be excited and knowledge about their offerings. Many products do have quite the markup, so if that's an issue for you, be aware when you're buying. I am generally forgiving of the markups because I like to support small businesses, and the brands are high quality. My current feedback for customers is to carefully make sure to check the expiration dates. When my partner and I were in last Wednesday (August 5, 2020), we put quite a few items back on the shelves before check out because they were either expired or a day or two from expiring. Unfortunately, I grabbed a few bars of my favorite brands of chocolate and missed the dates. 3 out of the 4 bars I purchased were bad - chalky, separated, and turned. One of the bars had expired in APRIL 2020. Very disappointing. My advice: be prepared to allot extra time in your trip to carefully check the dates on the products (and the prices, too, as many of the items are not tagged with a price). Great stuff and a cool place... just with some unfortunate inventory issues at the moment.

Select your jar, and the staff measures how much oz you want into a bag or your own reusable containers. It didn't occur to me to bring some old jars I have, but next time I will. There is a selection of books with lots of information of herbs! The Herbal Essentials is made by the owner of the shop I think, and it captivated my interest right away looking at the first few pages. Got a 10% deal because it was just released. After this book? I might try out others they have because I was very interested in learning more since there was such a variety within the shop and I'd love to get some knowledge on different benefits and types of herbs there are! This store is small but it is densely packed with a lot of organic options. Very clean and organized. They have a lot of unique products that can't be found in other grocery stores. The layout of the store is stratigically like a maze that would take you through the entire store leading to the cashier. The produce section is small. They tend to have a lot of clean organic food, which I love. I truly believe in their organic philosophy on their website. There are way too many nasty chemicals in foods these days. It is nice that Mom's organics exist. My only complaint is the price. I'm my opinion, they are overpriced. Look at the price of the coconut water in my picture. Compare it to Costco or Amazon and you can see the difference, even at this store's "sales" price. Overall, this is a much needed store but if it remains expensive, I don't think it will replace Wegmans nor whole food. Wegmans still give better value for $ on their organic foods.
