This is the 2nd time I had food subpar when I leave nontip and pick it up versus when I do. Also the young girl who brought it out kept staring at me with a look of irritation on her face. The lasagna looked as though it was thrown in the container and I was given the weird unwanted corner piece that I know they wouldn't serve anyone in the restaurant who sat down. I also was given my desert which was extremely rock hard frozen solid!!! Why would you service this to anyone? I plan on calling corporate to get my money back and I wont be back to this location. My money didnt pay for a meal thrown together like they couldn't be bothered. Update: The manager James called me today to personally apologize and offer a refund. I really appreciated that. I say fortunately because when he got home with the pizzas after picking them up for take out, I was shocked at how small the Southern Style Deep Dish ended up being. Essentially it was the size of the old personal pan pizzas from Pizza Hut. While unsure what a "southern take" on a Chicago style might mean, I did not expect the soupy mess of toppings in a bread bowl, which is what we received. There was nothing wrong with the taste and there were ample protein toppings, just not enough cheese to bind it all together. Since my wife was not home for dinner, we decided to save her a "slice" to try later. It sitting overnight and being reheated greatly improved the consistency. What usually makes Chicago Style successful is more cheese than you usually have on a hand tossed or tavern style and in some cases a top layer of dough to really make it into a "pie". The taste of the toppings has never been an issue for me (with the exception of the "Lazy River - crawfish ettoufee, beer braised sweet peppers, charred red onion and mozzarella). Overall my take is unless you are going to order some of their more unique options such as my favorite "Gator Bait" (marinara, mozzarella, alligator sausage, roasted chicken, jalapeño peppers, and drizzled with creole creme) there are plenty of other better places for your pizza cravings. My son is also a fan of their Margherita pizza. For me it will likely be a good long while before suggesting a visit or pick up again.

I Ordered a blue cheese zalad... got a blue cheese buffalo chicken zalad covered in hot buffalo sauce. Blue cheese salads don't come that way and it was fried chicken and I needed grilled chicken. While I do like spicy chicken this wasn't the way I ordered it. So apparently kitchen staff stinks because they don't know how to prepare their own menu. The usual problem that I run into with Zaxbys is how salty their chicken tenders usually are, but it wasn't the case at this location. I always get wings and things (boneless) hot honey mustard. The only thing I would change is adding more hot honey mustard sauce on my boneless chicken. The toast was buttery and fluffy. I enjoyed their sweet tea as well.
