We stayed at Glowood Campground and Rv Park for a month on the full hookup side. We absolutely loved the time spent there. It's a nice rural location that is quaint, quiet and extremely peaceful. The campground side is so beautiful with the fall colors right now - the reds, orange and yellow! The owners work very hard to keep a nice clean park. Trash cans available at every site as well as picnic tables and fire rings/pits. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stop and stay be it a night or a month! read more

Owner was great. Location is good close enough to towns and gas stations. Needs some upkeep but it looks like that was happening while we were there. Trees being cut etc. some full time residents that could tidy up. Was nice and quiet. We would go back read more

Clean, quiet campground. The owners are friendly, and you can't beat $30/night for 50 amp electric, water and sewer hook-up. It's not glamorous, but it worked well for us as a place to stop for night. If we wanted a true "camping" experience, we would've gone to a state park (which would've been more expensive). read more

First the positive: the owners are very nice, they keep the place clean and everything worked. Oh, and the price wasn't bad at $28/night for elec/water. However, the site needs some love. Our site was nicely shaded, but no gravel or anything so a bit muddy. And no fire ring, though fires are allowed. We gathered rocks and cinderblocks from around our site to make a fire - but no grate for cooking. Plus, they have people that live there year-round, which was unusual to me. Nice folk, just not the campground environment I'm used to. read more
