I wasn't really sure about meditation in general. In my life I had many negative experiences with religion and other meditations. I felt some changes here and there but mostly just temporary. I didn't feel changes in the first month here but I came almost everyday online. I did feel really comfortable at the center and online so I kept trying. I did feel frustrated but the meditation guides kept encouraging me. My problem was that I couldn't recall my mind very well. But slowly the memories started coming back. As I threw them away, I started to feel lighter and more calm outside of meditation in daily life and my sleep improved. So far I give it 5 stars because it has helped me more than I thought. I am curious about what other changes will happen. Looking forward to working on myself more.

At it's peak, there were 150+ fellow viewers. I loved every moment... the wonderful instructor was extremely calming, motivating, down to earth and genuinely positive. I wish I could make him the voice of my alarm clock each morning. Thank you again for hosting this. I've done a few guided meditation sessions before and this one was amongst the most well run. In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. At times like these, it was such an honor to be surrounded (even if virtually) by hundreds of like-minded and positive individuals. That group dance sess at the end was the icing on the cake!

She has a remarkable gift for gently uncovering emotional weight I didn't even realize I was carrying, and I left feeling lighter, seen, and deeply transformed. The session began with soothing hands on healing in a warm, safe space that felt like a reset for my entire nervous system. From there, our conversation unfolded like years' worth of therapy condensed into a single hour--filled with clarity, release, and even laughter. By the end, I had a clearer sense of what to let go of and what parts of myself needed more love. This was one of the most nourishing, grounding, and insightful experiences I've ever had, and I can't wait for my next session. If you're looking to reconnect with yourself on a soul level, I couldn't recommend this more.
