The atmosphere is low key and quiet with some music in the background. It's not a large place that churns customers in and spits them out. You are free to relax and really enjoy the experience without a ton of foot traffic. I love that on my first visit each step was explained to me so I'd know what to expect and which product we were using next, I missed that during my second facial. There was a thorough cleansing, mask and steam, extractions with a bit of help from a special electronic device, moisturizing gel mask, lamp treatment, a myriad of serums and moisturizer. The hot towels are probably one of my favorite parts; I almost caved and bought myself a towel steamer- but best leave that to the pros. After going through the facial and determining my skin sensitivity, or lack thereof, Jaylee mentioned we'd go for the high frequency ...? (Can't remember what it was called, maybe for some of my hyperpigmentation spots?) for my next facial but on my next facial it was kept extremely similar to the last time with a few small extractions, red light lamp and focusing on moisturizing. My lash lift and tint lasted longer than a month, and I hadn't had the chance to go back and get things touched up. I didn't have any sensitivity or eye irritation after the lift like I can get after extensions. It sounds like brow lamination is pretty popular too but I'm always super scared to get my brows done since I've had bad experiences at other places in the past. She leaves the room and I hear her call the manicurist on the phone and she has no idea she had a service! Rugs in waiting room were full of dirt and dust. All surfaces were dusty and dirty.
