It was very audible to everyone in the parking lot, but the driver still wasn't planning to stop until we got in front of his truck. Luckily there was no visible damage to our car, but the people were argumentative, aggressive, cussed us out, and did not appear to care at all that they had just backed into our car. I don't know how this company works, but their staff were rude, careless, and showed a complete lack of respect for our property, and I'd be concerned that they bring those same qualities to their work. Two gentlemen came out with the company truck and proceeded to do a GREAT job! Professional, courteous, very thorough work. Our roof and eaves sparkled afterwards! Our roof had not been cleaned in several years before we bought the house, and we thought the discoloration from the weather and humidity, lots of mildew, etc, was normal. But our HOA sent us a note that it needed to be cleaned, and we are so glad ProClean did the job. They were affordable for us, and even took the time to pressure wash all the Hurricane Ian leaf particle debris that was stuck to the back of our house. The men used appropriate pressures for each part of the house so that nothing was damaged. My husband and I recommend ProClean for roof cleaning for sure!
