I would not recommend this company based on a recent experience. The manager, Angelo, handled a…read moresituation in a completely unprofessional and confrontational way. When it came time for someone to retrieve personal belongings from a work truck, he became aggressive, got in their face, and started yelling instead of handling it calmly. The explanation for issues on the job was also questionable. Complaints about sand being left in a truck or on a lanai were used as justification, yet the customer from that same job gave a five-star review and described the work as excellent. That contradiction speaks for itself. Overall, this reflects poor management, lack of professionalism, and an inability to handle situations with basic respect. I would strongly caution anyone considering working for or doing business with this company.

I sued the insurance company for damages and had Ledgewood Roofing replace my tile roof. They made me feel like every customer is the most important one. The salesman Darrin kept in contact and become the point of contact for me. I told them I wanted the roof done before hurricane season to prevent any further problems. They found the tile in only 4 weeks and started the replacement. It took a half day to strip the roof, three hours to load tile on the roof and one day to tile the entire house. The owner, Ben, came to the house after the work was done and asked if I was pleased with the work and to inspect the work himself. Gutters go on next week after I leave for home. Both Darren and Ben will be here with the gutter company. What terrific customer service and a reasonable cost. This smaller company is very competitive with lower overhead. Thanks, guys, for a terrific job well done. I am grateful to you.
