After booking my appointment I was blasted with texts reminding me, at least one every day including the day of. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment for a consultation, which I did but after waiting for 30 minutes I was taken into a room by the receptionist and told it would be a few more minutes, however, 15 minutes later no one had come in. I went back to the front desk to see what might be going on, at that time another employee was there with the receptionist looking at a computer, I was completely ignored for at least 5 minutes and treated as if I didn't matter whatsoever.
