We did feet first, so a quick soak then massage. The weird thing was...he kept massage my calves, heel area, and shins...over and over again. I waited patiently thinking he would get to the feet part of the "foot" massage...but he didn't. I finally said something towards the end of the massage. Now there's a lot of pressure points on the bottom of the foot, and I'm used to everything being worked out. But this guy kept doing the same motion on the bottom of the foot. No specialized pressure points. For the body portion, he told me to go to a room made from privacy shutters. I took my shirt and bra off and laid face down. However, he kept vigorously rubbing the area from my c-spine to shoulder blades like he was trying to conjure the devil! So strange. And then there were hot stones at the end. And that was it! He didn't turn me over for a shoulder, arms, legs, or head rub. Just back...ish...and feet...ish. For $82, $72 plus tip, I advise you go elsewhere. The price was far too high for the service I received.

SCAM ALERT!!! To…read moreanyone looking for a chiropractor, please avoid JACKSON HEALING ARTS. Their office is beyond ridiculous! My husband has been seeing them since March, until today when they decided to throw in an additional charge they claimed we owed from his first visit. They could not explain why it cost more other than blaming it on a high deductible. But wait, here is the problem... it wasnt about the deductible or what would be covered, it was about how much they quoted outside of insurance involvement. When he tried to get a better explanation, the office clerks became hateful while the doctor hid in a room down the hall (literally). They were unable to properly explain their reasoning for demanding more money and told my husband to go home and read his insurance policy, continuing to act like it was a policy issue instead of a bait and switch on services and fees. My husband left, went home, and did call the insurance company (of course it wasn't the insurance company that did anything wrong but they were able to provide us with what we needed to know). While he was on the phone, 3 police officers showed up at our door advising him that the doctors office called them because he had left mad and they didnt know what he would do. Lol He didnt make any threats... or even say anything that could be taken as one. He did not even scream at anyone. The cops seemed to get a chuckle out of the entire thing. I realize there are two sides to every story but here is ours. There are multiple doctors offices in the area, we highly recommend somewhere other than JACKSON HEALING ARTS.
