Although it was extremely convenient to be able to book my appointments online, there were only certain days with not a lot of times available. This was not because she was full, but because she only works certain days. After my first tan I was disappointed in the lack of darkness and furthermore, it did not last very long. I have spray tanned many times before and it usually lasts much longer. I bought a one month unlimited and my second appointment got cancelled due to the owner being sick. I had one more appointment a week later and then also scheduled one for right before Christmas. The day before my Christmastime appointment I received a text message asking if I could change it b/c she was out of town. I found this extremely unprofessional. Claerly, I was her only appointment for the next day. I told her not to come back just for me, but I was irritated. At the time, I asked if I could extend my month unlimited b/c I would be gone for a week due to Christmas. She agreed. However, once I returned home Christmas and New Years was over and I had no need for a spray tan. I texted her again and asked if i could just deduct what I had not used yet and receive a refund. No response. I've texted her twice since and still no response. I find it interesting it was very convenient for her to communicate through text messaging when she was sick and out of town and cancelled my appointments, but now when it's about me and showing customer service she is silent. I love nothing more than to support local businesses and write great reviews for them, but this place is a no-go. Poor customer service, poor product, and horrible appointment times.

I was in just a couple of weeks ago to get a pedicure before the cruise I'm taking. Their website…read morewas down so I had to make my appointment on FB messenger. When I got there, she did not have my info, but I showed her my confirmation on messenger and she accommodated me right away! They are used to only taking bookings on their website now, so my messenger request didn't go through. I was really happy they still got me in right away for my scheduled time even though they were busy. The nice young lady that did my pedicure seemed like she knew what she was doing, but also like she was new, if that makes sense. She knew what to do as far as doing everything in order, but her touch was so dainty and soft. I wished I had the guy that was giving the pedicure to a lady beside me because he was really massaging and digging in. This lady looked like she was in heaven. I felt like I needed to tell her that my toes are not fragile pieces of glass. I actually have really nice feet and uniformed pretty toes so I'm sure it wasn't that my feet were gross in anyway. She just has too soft of a touch for pedicures. I have to say, her nail polish skills were on point!!! Not a speck of polish on my skin and they were PERFECT. Very beautiful! Only disappointed part was when I went to pay I had 2 gift cards to use. One was a Christmas gift that worked just fine, and another was a GC given to me from Blum management directly as a thank you for being a bride that brought in a very large bridal party of women and a few groomsman. She gave me the gift card as a "thank you for the business", but it had nothing on it! I was so disappointed. I tried to explain, but there was nothing the girl could do. I had to pay the difference which wasn't a huge deal. It's just the principle of the matter I guess. I live out of town about an hour away and I have a lot of family that goes there and has for a few years. That is why I go there because it comes highly recommended by them. Will continue to stop in when I'm in town for a relaxing pedicure! Thanks Blum!
