We had to make a difficult decision to move our wedding inside and she very professionally and empathetically guided me to make the right call. She was there to attend to every single need of ours from setting up the venue the way we wanted it to herding cats for family photos to ensuring I had water and snacks and food throughout the night. She was extremely responsive the months leading up to our wedding, answering my endless questions and accommodating menu questions and changes. Our venue had tricky logistics and they handled them with ease. The night of went flawlessly and people have been raving about the food at our wedding all week. From the apps, the tuna tartare in the cones, the lobster salad on potato chips, the truffle arancini and the grilled cheese and tomato soup were the biggest hits. People also loved the fish and steak served for dinner, and I personally loved the butternut squash ravioli. They really didn't miss, and they were worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend. They were great, and Jessa was very easy to work with re: setting up our rental. It was not inexpensive, BUT the sound system suited our needs perfectly. I do have to say that the gentleman who came to set up the system and then pick it up at the end of the night was AMAZING. He was super helpful, super friendly, and he made sure everything was set up to perfection before he left. He even came back a half hour early that night when I found out that the venue needed to lock up earlier than we had expected, which was incredibly appreciated. The system we rented worked perfectly for my client's DIY wedding DJ needs - they were happy, so I was happy too.
