The sauce was very good and complemented the meat well. The smoked mac & cheese was very tasty and had the right amount of cheese to bread, crumb, and pasta. It was not the traditional elbows, which was great. The potato salad was of the German variety which I like and was also very tasty. we finished off the meal with some waters and a Coke zero. This is a simple barbecue truck with a very nice owner. There is a picnic table beside the truck under a tree which made for a delightful treat. The owner was very nice and definitely knows how to cook a brisket. There are not a lot of options for restaurants in Chama these days and on a Sunday afternoon. This was a very welcome surprise.
