I definitely would refer for anyone that would need their expertise they should give them a call, Verushka is a strong minded woman that I have seen runs to company with five different things at once and on the computer and 4 screens at once, and managing others in the office and already has my stuff done before I get there and still checks on her young son from time to time as she can really multitask!, ok this woman gets my vote for PRESIDENT and I she was very honest with me even when I didn't agree with her on a subject she stuck to her principals and ran the company Fairly even when I was being stubborn, If anyone wants to ask me in person about this company I stand by what I have said and will walk you straight in Capital Vocational and introduce you to them, everyone is extremely nice, me I'm still a little stubborn. Thank you for listening, Steven Crain

Beware this business. they are in an incestuous relationship with the Insurance Companies, and the…read morepost secondary educational facilities such as Fastrax. In fact one of the counselors use to work for Fastrax/ Moving Forward and will gladly guide you into that dysfunctional facility. First off they try to buy to out with a "LOW" ball offer to keep you from going to Vocational Rehab. They may give you 3 offers if you hold out. Now you may wonder why would they want to buy you out since they get paid to counsel you, well the reason is they get a bigger pay off if they talk you into a buy out. A lump sum from the Insurance Company or the Risk Management Company. So the counselor may even get loud and try intimidating you. If they can't buy you out they will steer you to the school they want you to go to. You might get a couple of options, but they'll be bad options. Then there will be problems. It's been my experience that all the Post Secondary Schools are dysfunctional, and the counselor may help you in the beginning, but in the end your just another troublesome client who will be gone in about a year. Meanwhile they still have that ongoing relationship with their favorite schools when your gone. So they will in the end take the side of the school when you find that the instructors are incompetent, and the curriculum fails you completely. My advise is get a lawyer, or be aware of your educational options. They will lie to you to sell you on the educational program they want you to go to. I strongly suspect they receive kickbacks, but I can't prove it. Capital Voc is not the only one who plays this game, but this is the only one I have personal knowledge about their game. If you want advise contact me through yelp, I let you know how the game works and about other educational options they will NOT tell you about. Beware especially if your looking to getting into the field of work place health & safety. Only certifications from an approved OTI (OSHA Training Center) ,or the Nevada Bureau of Business and Industry's SCATS training centers are valid. SCATS is free, and any worker and employer can attend. Because of the Yelp guidelines I can't mention names, but I can give you personal advise and you should never have any meeting alone with School management, and I suggest you take a witness to every meeting with your counselor. They are NOT looking out for your best interest. It's all about the money at your expense. Be tough and be aware of every little detail in your contract if you choose to sign up for Vocational Rehab.
