The problem comes from when we agreed on a refund. He offered that as a solution and I told him I was willing to pay him $50 for his time when I received the refund (he spent like 10-20 minutes on it). I called about the refund a few days later and he seemed like a completely different person, He told me he didn't have money in his account and that he didn't think he'd be able to get me a refund because it wasn't his fault. I ended up just taking the parts the most is be able to to get from selling the part on my own is about $90 vs him sending it back through his manufacturer. I think Tallahassee is horrible place to get anything done car related.

I automatically call them because again for brand new tires. This is the last tire and no they did not attempt to replace any of the other ones and one went out in less than 30 days! The company is trash to employees don't know WTF they doing all they want is money! These were not rented. These were paid for and as a business and courtesy for defective bad tires that is being sold by this company The tire should've been replaced. Bobs auto repair is quite possibly the worst auto repair service in Tallahassee. They have had my…read morevehicle since November of 2023. I'm almost positive they are a chop shop and have been taking parts off of my new engine. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. When I call for updates they "accidentally" disconnect the call, or put me on hold and forget to comeback to the phone. I was told it would be 19 hours of labor to have my car finished. At the time of typing this review they still have not completed my car. I was told they would call me today with an update. They never called. These are horrible people. They are thieves. They are scammers. Not sure how they are still open. Avoid at all costs if you value your time money and sanity. Disgustingly slow and stupid people. Will be reporting this scam shop to the BBB. EDIT: they got one start only because yelp would not let me give them zero stars.
