Much to my surprise, given the thousands of dollars I've already poured into this car, they FIXED it! Diagnostic took longer than the fix. This job required skilled and patient professionals, which is exactly what we got when we walked into this shop. Communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, I handed them a half broken key fob, which I forgot to tell them. As expected it broke after a test drive. When they called to notify me of what happened, I apologized profusely as it was MY fault. Now some of you may think, oh well, the key broke while in their possession, so it's their responsibility to fix it. I couldn't disagree more, however, they still took it upon themselves to get me a new key. Their rationale - I didn't need the added headache after all the trouble this car had already caused.
