I had used them in the past whenever I needed to work two or three jobs. Unfortunately this is the worst staffing agency I ever saw. They rarely call you back, are very dishonest over the phone when you finally do talk to them, and their ability to find good workers is suspect at best. Apparently in my case because it had been a very long time since I had actually worked for someone else as a 9-5, that meant I was unfit for employment? Because in years past I either owned the company or freelanced it means I can't work for someone else? Really? Find a different agency to find you work. This one is very unprofessional, and I probably would have had to fire the whole office and start fresh if it was a company I managed. Very disappointed.

I have been through other staffing agencies before and this is the only one that required you to keep track of your own hours every day. I explained to my recruiter within the first two weeks on the assignment that it was not a good fit for me and that I would like to change to a different one. Two months have gone by and even with me constantly checking up to see if any other jobs have come in, conviniently for them not a single job has came in. The assignment I am on is off on major holidays, but apparently you have to work for Adecco for an entire year before you can get paid for holidays. Nobody told me this before I accepted the position. Their app to view your assignment and pay stub information is constantly down. I regret ever accepting this position and will be promptly searching for other employment. Stay away from this place.

When they tried to partner with the local health department in an effort to hire COVID contact tracers, things really fell apart. We had to drive to out of the way meetings just to sit and be insulted: we were told that even if we got the job, we would never have an opportunity to eventually be hired on with the state permanently and to just forget about that altogether. We spent our gas and time to sit in a circle, introduce ourselves, and be told that. After months, those jobs never even materialized! Avoid this agency; it's a waste of your time.
