Kim listened to what I wanted and needed out of the sale of my house. She was kind, caring, and supportive through the whole process! Kim is knowledgeable and incredibly well connected with buyers and sellers for all price points and markets. My house went active on a Friday, we have a dozen showings over the weekend, and by Monday we had 2 offers. It was a whirlwind to say the least! My daughter was with me through the majority of the process (single mom struggle) and Kim always made her feel welcome and heard. She was patient with both of us as this was a brand new experience for my daughter and I alike. With Kim, I knew I was getting the honest truth and her best efforts at every step. We ended up closing at asking, within my window of time I needed to sell in, and it was just great! So if you're looking to buy or sell in WV, give Kim a shout! We love her!

Robert helped us lay out our bathroom the way we wanted it, when other contractors told us it was not possible, Robert said it was possible ! he then gave us a completive bid and we accepted. Then Robert gave us a starting date which they started on time. The crew was very polite and maintained a very clean worksite and sealed of other parts of the house to keep clean. It was amazing how much they did the first 2 days gutting our bathroom. Then the only problem we had was a delay in delivery of some of our special-order materials.
