Hiller took over for our longstanding Fire Suppression Systems vendor in early 2025. Unfortunately…read morethey immediately began price gouging the district, recommending unnecessary replacements when repairs were a viable and more affordable option. Hiller is more interested in short term profitability, not in establishing a long term relationships and helping their clients maintain their fire suppression systems. We will no longer be working with Hiller and I encourage other districts and municipalities to look elsewhere for their fire suppression system needs.
