Alex is kind, understanding, and consistently communicative. He often replies to emails within minutes! Sokol, the super, has also been wonderful to work with. It's rare to find a team so reliable and easy to work with in property management, and it's made my experience living here seamless and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have had such a positive experience and would highly recommend Alex and the team to anyone.

Otherwise, they will make every effort to keep your security deposit.
