"Money exchange" will not register with a person who does not exchange currency on a frequent basis. I have been to this location before to pick up euro and had no problem with another male worker. I have a masters degree and my husband, who is a lawyer, was standing right there with a confused look on his face as well. Emotional intelligence goes a long way in customer service.
